Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitd LTD web application, ordering systems, website, and the purchase of team sportswear kits and related products (collectively, the "Services"). Kitd LTD (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in the UK, with the registered address at 5-7 Montgomery Street Lane, Edinburgh, EH7 5JT.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Our Services are designed for individuals affiliated with local and community clubs across the UK, including club managers, team managers, players, and parents/guardians.
If you are creating an account or placing an order on behalf of a club or team, you warrant that you have the authority to do so and to bind that club or team to these Terms.
If you are a parent or guardian placing an order for a minor, you acknowledge that you are responsible for their use of the Services and compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
3.1 Payment and Production
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order before any production will commence. We use third-party payment processors, and your payment details will be handled securely.
3.2 Artwork Approval and Deadlines
Before club/team orders can begin on any custom sportswear kit, the final digital artwork proof(s) must be formally signed off by an authorised representative. By signing off the artwork, you confirm that you have checked and approved all design elements, colours, placement, spelling, and numbering. Kitd LTD will not be responsible for errors in the finished product that were present in the signed-off proof.
3.3 Production Guarantee
We strive to meet all stated production and delivery estimates. However, if order deadlines (including both full payment and artwork sign-off) are not met by the club or individual, we cannot guarantee that the order will be included in the same production job, which may result in a delayed delivery date and/or increased costs.
The quality and design of the garment are our responsibility; however, the correct sizing is yours.
You must carefully check and verify sizing against our specific sizing charts provided on our website or within the web application before placing your order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, Kitd LTD cannot be held responsible for sizing discrepancies if the size ordered matches the size specified in the signed-off order, even if the garment does not fit the intended wearer.
5.1 Product Suitability and Wear
You acknowledge that the sportswear kits are intended for use in rigorous and physically demanding athletic activities. Sport is inherently physical, and products are subject to forces, friction, and conditions that may cause wear, tear, and occasional failure over time.
Kitd LTD does not guarantee that products will be impervious to damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or normal wear and tear resulting from athletic competition. Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not damage resulting from expected sporting activities.
5.2 Product Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your custom sportswear, you are responsible for following all recommended care instructions.
Care Labels: You must adhere to the washing, drying, and ironing instructions explicitly printed on the care label attached to each garment.
Warranty Voidance: Failure to follow the care label instructions (e.g., washing at excessive temperatures or ignoring specific drying instructions) may cause damage to the fabric, printing, or embroidery, and will void any manufacturing warranty Kitd LTD provides.
6.1 Cancellations and Amendments
As production begins only after full payment and artwork sign-off, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once the artwork has been signed off. Any requests for cancellation or amendment prior to sign-off must be made immediately and are subject to review and confirmation by Kitd LTD.
6.2 Returns
Due to the bespoke, custom-made nature of team sportswear kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty goods. Returns will only be accepted, and a replacement or refund offered, if the product is:
Faulty: The product is defective or damaged (e.g., stitching errors, fabric damage).
Incorrect: The product delivered does not match the product/size/design specified in the signed-off artwork proof.

All artwork, designs, and logos supplied to Kitd LTD for customisation must be owned by you, or you must have explicit permission from the owner to use them. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and indemnify Kitd LTD against any claim that the artwork infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. Any designs created by us are the sole property of Kitd LTD.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Kitd LTD's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the performance or non-performance of our Services will not exceed the total price paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
These terms and conditions are effective as of March 2026 and will be updated as necessary to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
