Delivery / Shipping Policy
Currently, Kitd LTD primarily serves the United Kingdom.
Domestic Delivery: We deliver to all addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
International Enquiries: While our standard service is restricted to the UK, we may be able to facilitate international shipping for specific club kit requirements. Please contact our team for a bespoke shipping quote and estimated transit times.
Because our teamwear is custom-manufactured to your specific design and requirements, "Delivery Time" consists of two stages:
Production Phase: Typically 4 weeks starting from the date of artwork sign-off and receipt of full payment.
Delivery/Shipping Phase: Once production is complete, items are dispatched via a tracked service.
All orders are either hand delivered by us or sent via a tracked and insured courier service (e.g., DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure your kit arrives safely.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Signature: For security and to prevent "safe place" theft of high-value team orders, a signature is usually required upon delivery.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order to ensure the fairest price.
Standard UK Shipping: Starts from £10
Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding £500 may qualify for free delivery (subject to current promotions).
Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Kitd LTD is not liable for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address details.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery is returned to us after multiple failed attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage.
If the packaging is significantly damaged, please sign for the delivery as "Damaged" or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Once the package is opened, please verify the contents against your order confirmation within 48 hours as per our Returns Policy.
