Returns, Sizing & Cancellations Policy
At Kitd, production is triggered immediately following full payment and final artwork sign-off.
Post-Sign-off: Once artwork is signed off and payment is received, orders are considered "In Production." At this stage, no cancellations or amendments (including size changes, sponsor additions, or quantity reductions) can be accepted.
Pre-Sign-off: Any requests to cancel or amend an order prior to artwork sign-off must be submitted in writing to our production team. These requests are subject to review and are only confirmed once acknowledged by Kitd LTD in writing.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel or "cooling-off period" does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalised.
Non-Faulty Goods: Due to the bespoke, custom-made nature of team sportswear kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty goods. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, team disbandment, or player departures.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: We take great pride in our quality control. A replacement or refund will only be offered if the product is:
Faulty: The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., failed stitching, fabric flaws, or hardware failure).
Incorrect: The product delivered does not match the specifications (size, design, or branding) explicitly detailed in the final signed-off artwork proof.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: If an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect (as per Section 2), Kitd LTD will bear the cost of the return postage. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide a prepaid label or agree on a reimbursement for reasonable postage costs.
Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a tracked/insured delivery service. Kitd LTD is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.
Because our garments are custom-manufactured to your specific order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that do not fit if they have been produced according to our standard size specifications.
Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer (or the lead club contact) to ensure that the sizes ordered are correct. Customers should not assume their size in another brand corresponds to Kitd sizing.
Sizing Guides: We provide detailed size charts for all garments. We strongly recommend measuring an existing well-fitting garment against our charts before ordering.
Manufacturing Tolerance: In line with industry standards, a manufacturing tolerance of approximately +/- 2cm from the size chart is deemed acceptable and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Garment Care: Kitd is not liable for changes in size or fit resulting from incorrect laundering. Technical fabrics must be washed at 30°C and never tumble-dried. Please ensure all garments are cared for according to their care labels.
To ensure a swift resolution regarding faulty or incorrect items, please follow this procedure:
